The Elle cover page

My background in fine arts strongly complements my approach to utilizing design principles consistently, enabling me to craft outstanding prints and innovative concepts for ceramic ware.

Here, I am developing an old sketch of mine focusing on the iconic Jhulta Minar as a print for ceramic plate through Mono print technique.

Silkscreen newsprint transfer

As I experimented with the intersection of art and design, I created this conceptual ceramic plate that depicts the cover of a fashion magazine. I transformed one of my earlier conceptual artworks, which shows a poor girl risking her life like a wonder women to earn a few bucks as she performs a walk-on-rope trick. I edited it to appear as a cover page of a women's magazine that features articles about opulent lifestyles and beauty. The ceramic plate is crumbled to complete the contrast and irony that the concept represents.
